Oohh, dat's some good gumbo!

As Raine has told me, if I'm going to give away all the family recipes (sacred, secret ones at that) then I better be willing to give away my own. Well, I'm all up for that. Here's a photo essay of my super roux-based gumbo. The thing about gumbo, is it is different everytime you make it, due to ingredients on hand.
